THE PRESBYTERIAN HANDBELL & CHIME CHOIR

The Burkheart Memorial Bells and Mary Gans Memorial Chimes have been ringing for over 25 years for church services, preaching missions, nursing homes, weddings, funerals and other special community events in and around Circleville. The choir plays on 4 octaves of bells and chimes, using a variety of techniques and practices approximately once a week. For the past 21 years the choir has been under the direction of Carol Campbell and is currently under the direction of Erin Spring. In the previous 8 years the choir has held workshops and concerts in Vermont and supported the development of a new bell choir in that state. The choir is comprised of individuals of varying ages, plays a variety of music and frequently collaborates with other instrumentalists. The choir is excited to be making its first Pumpkin Show appearance.
