Registration: All contestants must be registered by Wednesday, October 10. An entry blank will be published in the Circleville Herald and the Pickaway County Advertiser several times prior to closing date. Contestants and autos must be on East Main Street between Pickaway and Washington Streets no later than 2:30 p.m. Contestants may pick up their ribbon and number badge on the sidewalk from the Circleville Pumpkin Show representative after 1:30 p.m. Judging at West Main Street Platform immediately following parade. First three winners will participate in remaining parades. Contestants must be residents of the Circleville Trading Area, as defined in the premium book.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Contestants must be in first grade.

2. Contestants must be residents of the Circleville Trading Area as defined in the premium book.

3. Business establishments and schools may sponsor only one contestant.

4. Twins must have separate sponsors.

5. The contestant must provide automobile, driver and identifying sign. The driver and only one other person will be permitted to ride in the vehicle during the parade. This other person must accompany contestant to the stage and be available to meet contestant immediately after judging. Driver and vehicle must exit the judging area prior to judging.

6. The contestant will ride on the right fender of a passenger car – no pickups, vans or jeeps permitted
