Each Pickaway County area high school to select two entries (must be juniors or seniors). Judging will take place at the West Main Street Platform immediately following the parade.

First three winners will participate in all the remaining parades. Each entrant will ride on the fender of an automobile (no floats or decorations). Each contestant is to arrange to have a rubber-backed rug for fender of car. Transportation for parade will be furnished by the Circleville New Car Dealers Association.

Ribbon designating school represented will be furnished by the Pumpkin Show Committee.

The winner will be crowned Miss Pumpkin Show.
