2007 Rules, Regulations and Entry Blanks

WINDOW TRIMMING CONTEST

The Pumpkin Show Committee shall not be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, or injury to any of the projects exhibited. However, Pumpkin Show, Inc. will take every precaution possible to protect exhibitors from loss or damage to all articles entered and exhibited in the various classes.

Definition of Trading Area: Trading Area as specified in the premium book is the area within a 17 mile radius of the City of Circleville and including all of Pickaway County.

Pumpkin Show Headquarters is located at 159 East Franklin Street, Telephone 474-7000.

Rules regarding the trimming of windows for the Pumpkin Show are as follows:

1. Anyone is eligible, whether it be merchants, Church groups, Scouts or other.
2. All window displays should be located in the downtown area of Circleville.
3. All windows will be eligible if the display is in keeping with the Pumpkin Show.
4. Real pumpkins must be used in the display.
5. There will be only one classification of windows for awards.
6. Entries will be accepted until 10:30 A.M. Wednesday. All entries must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce, 135 W. Main Street, 474-4923 before deadline.
7. Out-of-town professional window trimmers cannot be used.
8. Windows will be judged Wednesday Evening, 7:00 P.M.

First $100.00; Second $50.00; Third $35.00; Fourth $25.00

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All entries in the Girl Scout Exhibit must be part of the Girl Scout Badge Work Program or the work must be done at troop meetings and solely by the Girl Scout.
2. Entries will be set up by the leaders or troop committee members on Wednesday, from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon.
3. All troops in Pickaway County are eligible.
4. Leaders or troop committee members can pick up their troop's entries on Monday following the Pumpkin Show.
5. All entries must be removed no later than Monday noon.
6. Each entry must be labeled with name of school, Troop number and badge to which it applies.
