Rachel Allen, 16, Circleville, junior. Rachel is the daughter of Rick and Sherry Allen of Circleville.

At Circleville she is a varsity cheerleader, junior class treasurer, secretary of student council, a member of Key Club, SOS, the pep club, as well as the symphonic and swing choirs.

After high school, Allen plans to attend college and pursue a career in veterinary medicine or elementary education.

"I feel extremely honored to have been chosen by my classmates at Circleville High School. I am very excited to get the same opportunity that my grandmother had because she was a Pumpkin Show candidate 40 years ago. This will be something that I'll never forget."
