Chelsea McGowan, 16, Teays Valley High School junior - Chelsea is the daughter of Bill and Sheryl McGowan of Ashville.

At Teays Valley, Chelsea is or has been a varsity cheerleader and involved in volleyball, Student Council, softball, FCA, a Teen Institute leader, a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and a member of Pickaway County Leadership program.

After high school, she plans to attend college and earn a degree in the medical field as a nurse. She is considering counseling young children.

If she could invite anyone to Pumpkin Show, Chelsea said she would have to say Princess Diana because she is such a loving, caring person that would enjoy this type of festival and parades and welcome people with open arms.

Her most memorable experiences were going to the Pumpkin Show and sitting on her dad's shoulders when she was little girl.
