When the dust settled, at races end, the top three winners of Thursday's Big Wheel race stepped onto the stage at winner's circle for their crowning moment. From left, Circleville's Briley Norris finished third in 12.29 seconds; Circleville's Amanda Stevens had the best time with 11 seconds; and Williamsport's Ryan Parker came in second with a time of 11.15 seconds.
