Leslie Turner, 17, Circleville High School senior - She is the daughter
of Mark and Angela Turner of Circleville.
At school she is in Alethia (a Bible study), math club, student council, morning prayer group, yearbook, and swing choir. She is the secretary and a member of symphonic choir, the secretary of the senior class, and the president of National Honor Society. In the spring she will be in the musical. She attends Crossroads Church and is in the youth group. She helps plan evangelism projects that her youth group does. She also goes on the missions trip during the summer.
After college she plans to go to Indiana Wesleyan University or Circleville Bible College to major in missions.
If she could invite anyone to Pumpkin Show she would invite a little boy named Lindsey that she met in the Bahamas this summer on youth groups missions trip. He was a very sweet little boy and full of life and he would love to come and ride all of the rides and eat the cotton candy.
Her first memory of Pumpkin Show was when she was a first grader in the Little Miss contest. Mrs. Giese, her first grade teacher, came to where she was waiting for the parade to start and wished her good luck and took her picture.
