If she could invite anyone to the Pumpkin Show she would invite my grandpa, the late Bill Duvall. She always enjoyed going with him when she was younger and watching parades, eating elephant ears, and of course riding rides. She said it would be a dream come true to experience the Pumpkin Show with him one more time and also for him to see her in the queens’ contest.
Her favorite memory of the Pumpkin Show is watching the parades outside the Emmett Chapel booth where all her relatives watch the parades. This has been tradition for as long as she can remember. Also cheering on the Logan Elm candidates in the queens contest and watching her cousin Paige Radcliff be crowned Little Miss in 1999.
